Theme Planner Working together in a team, the person must have the ability to plan the entire event including decorations, food, gifts, awards, props etc within the budget.

Blood Donation Cheer Leader Working as part of the team, meet and greet the blood donors on the day of the blood donation camp, help organize the flow of donors at the blood bank, keep the donors creatively occupied during the rush hour.

Games Master Working alone or as part of a team, we need someone who likes designing fun games to be played indoors and outdoors. You could plan leadership games, team games, fun activities, games from our childhood, games related to a particular theme.
Challenge is create the games using very limited resources. You may run the games yourself or seek help from a team member to help you execute the games.

Refreshments Manager Working alone or as a team member, responsible for complete management and distribution of refreshment (food and drinks) at every blood donation camp.
This is a position requires prior experience of food management in a similar position. Not only are you responsible to ensure everyone is served well, but you must also stock-check that we never run out of food and drinks on the day.

Fund Raising Team Membe An extremely fluid position where anything and everything which needs doing to ensure success of a Fund Raiser. Tasks are always distributed as per the caliber of each volunteer. For example – paperwork, funds management, holding meetings with suppliers and/or sponsors etc.

    • Increase funds by researching and targeting charitable trusts whose criteria match the aims and activities of CAN & WILL.
